THE MISSION
I had to heal myself; physically and mentally. Unlearn years of incorrect programming that had led me into decades of self-sabotage.  Identify what my long vision was and then align every daily process, habit, and dialogue of self-talk with that vision.  No deviation.  The moment I did that I experienced mental clarity and inner peace like I had never before.

Now it is my calling to teach others how to do the same.

EVERYBODY IS DIFFERENT BUT UNIVERSAL PRINCIPLES APPLY TO EVERYBODY

A life of design requires a plan. The beautiful life you envision will only materialize with the correct blueprint to build it. Your life must be lived deliberately.

Your daily habits, the goals you set, the food you eat, your training, the way you present yourself to the world, how you talk to yourself. All must be done deliberately and for a strategic purpose. Once all of these areas are aligned with your desired outcome, you will then begin to experience the clarity and peace we all desire.

You choose the program at the level that is correct for you. Then we begin building the life of your design. Let's get you on the path.

Body Analysis

During enrollment you will have provided all required bio info as well as overall physical goal. This will be used to customize your plan and nutrition in alignment with your desired outcomes.

We will identify exactly where we are at so that we know exactly where we need to go.

Mind analysis

As we train the body deliberately so to do we need to train the mind in the same manner. How we speak to ourselves and how we view the world will directly mirror the results that manifest.

During our video calls we will dive into the philosophy for the psychological approach to your program. As we harden the body so to will we hone the mind in unison.

life analysis

For the goals you have set to actualize we need to get the habits in place to facilitate the vision. We will establish new disciplines that move you further towards goals and will remove all the things that do not.

We will simplify and streamline your life together to ensure it is setting you up for success efficiently.

Taylor Cavanaugh went from jail, to Navy SEAL, back to jail, suicidal, to French Foreign Legionnaire. Learning to self-actualize his divine design via a correct system of life disciplines. Now he is on a mission to show others how to re-align their lives to experience peace and clarity by training the mind deliberately as well as the body. "I've been through times of expansion and contraction that most will never understand, all self-induced. Self-sabotage though, is understood by most.

Through it all I always knew a man is never out of the fight until he gives up. We all suffer in the same ways. We experience the same pain.

Therefore the solutions are the same. Those solutions are back to basic demonstrations of gratitude rooted in disciplines of self and body.

It's my mission to show people that gratitude for life requires action. It's not a feeling. You have to demonstrate gratitude to the universe by doing all the daily things required to be your best self.

Self-worth only comes from putting in the work. ONLY when we have self-worth can life and purpose begin to be aligned, beginning our walk on the path to clarity."
